My Spiritual Journey

My spiritual journey began with a profound awakening following the tragic death of George Floyd. It was then that I discovered I was an Empath—a realization that resonated deeply within me. Over the past few years, my path has been marked by numerous twists and turns, filled with both highs and lows.

Initially diving headfirst into exploration, I soon found myself overwhelmed and in need of a slower, more intentional approach. Focusing on modalities like Tarot, Akashic Records, and crystals, I began to find joy and resonance in these practices.

In 2023, my Spirit Team unveiled Project E.V.I.E.™️, igniting a newfound sense of purpose and excitement within me. My innate inclination towards caregiving, nurtured through years of tending to loved ones, found a new outlet for expression. Helping others find solace and healing brings me profound fulfillment, and I embrace this calling with open arms.

Through my journey, I've learned the importance of authenticity and letting go of those who do not align with my true self. Some relationships are fleeting, meant only to serve a specific purpose in our lives. I've come to understand that letting go can be a necessary step towards growth, even when it's painful.

Amidst the challenges and triumphs, I've found solace in knowing that my Spirit Team is always by my side. Their guidance and support have been unwavering, even during moments when I felt utterly alone.

Having spent much of my life in a state of trauma response, I've navigated through flight, fight, freeze, and fawn for over four decades. It was only after finding safety that true healing began—a process that felt like things were unraveling, but in reality, they were aligning with the Universe's plan.

My journey has been enriched by countless mentors and resources, too numerous to list here. However, my greatest source of support has been my daughter, who has been a guiding light through moments of confusion and doubt.

While the path may feel lonely at times, here at Monarch Michelle and through Project E.V.I.E., it is my hope to create a space where others can find companionship and solace on their own spiritual journeys.
